We understand how important it is to receive your order quickly and without hassle. This Shipping Policy explains how NYGoods handles order processing, delivery, and tracking.

When We Ship

All orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday, begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping / Transit: 3–7 business days after processing

Total estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Cost

We keep things simple. Shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $5.99 USD per order, regardless of order size.

How We Ship

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure secure and timely delivery. Carrier selection depends on your location and service availability.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Where We Ship

Currently, NYGoods ships only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Issues

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Unexpected Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
