At NYGoods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a fair and straightforward return process.
Return Period
Customers have 40 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

Returned with all original packaging and product tags

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please use a reliable and trackable shipping service when sending your return.
How to Return an Item

Contact our support team at contact@nygoods.co to initiate a return or exchange request.

Repackage the item securely, including all original tags and packaging.

Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
We strongly recommend keeping your tracking information until your return or exchange is fully processed.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items. If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or product, please mention this when submitting your return request.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email contact@nygoods.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nygoods.co to request a cancellation. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return process will apply once the package is delivered.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 days.
