Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (Mon – Fri). Shipping takes 3 – 7 business days with tracking updates sent by email.
At the moment, we only ship to the United States.
Shipping costs $5.99USD for all orders.
If you contact us shortly after purchase, we'll try to adjust details before dispatch. After shipment, changes aren't possible. If you would like to change something in your order, contact us immediately at contact@nygoods.co.

A tracking link is emailed once your order leaves our facility. You can track your order via the "Track My Order" page, which can be accessed via the footer.
Where required by law, state sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout using your shipping address.
