We offer a curated selection of home decor — wall clocks, table lamps, doormats, and throw pillows — available in a range of finishes and colors for every room in your home.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Presently, we offer Standard Free Shipping with an estimated delivery window of 5–8 business days for all orders.

Once your order is shipped, you should receive a shipment confirmation number within 24-48 hours via email, allowing you to track your package. You can use our tracking page to monitor the status of your order.

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Contact our team at support@nygoods.co with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you the instructions within 24 hours.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 14 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's been processed.
